Thinly sliced beef sourced from the cow's neck and blade. An excellent choice in making stir-fry dishes and classic Korean dishes like bulgogi or mille-feuille nabe. The texture is remarkably tender and succulent with an outstanding beefy taste. 

Please note that due to the nature of our products, there may be a slight variation between the weight you ordered and the actual weight of the item you receive.

Product information

Step 1: Coat the beef in our housemade beef bulgogi sauce until evenly coated.

Step 2: Allow the beef to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3: Heat a wok or pan over medium heat. Add oil and stir-fry the beef until fully cooked, approximately 5 minutes.

Step 4: Garnish the bulgogi with chopped green onions and serve alongside rice or vegetables.

Keep refrigerated and consume within three days from the delivery date. We do not recommend freezing the meat as the texture may be compromised.
